Cycle and Soak is an irrigation method that waters in multiple, short cycles. This allows for slower water application, enabling water to penetrate the soil, preventing runoff, promoting deeper root systems, and healthier plants.

ImoLaza's soak program allows you to manually set watering and soaking times or opt for the system to automatically calculate them for you. We recommend selecting the Smart cycle. However, if the recommended durations don't meet your expectations, you can adjust them yourself.

Here's an example: Imagine having a watering schedule for an area that starts at 5 AM and runs for 60 minutes. Enabling cycling and soaking, it waters for 20 minutes, then soaks for 30 minutes. It will be executed in this manner.

5:00 - 5:20; Controller watering for 20 minutes.

5:20 - 5:50; Controller soaking for 30 minutes. And then repeat it.

7:00; Schedule execution is complete.
