Yes, the device will continue to finish running the schedule, but instead of executing the remaining hours, it will stop when it reaches the end time, and if the power outage is too long and the end time of the plan is exceeded, the schedule would not run again.

For example, a schedule starts at 7:00 with 30 minutes duration. The power goes out at 7:10 for 10 minutes, this schedule would still end at 7:30 but not 7:40.
