If you have some problems with your network, you can diagnose them yourself.

1. Update App and Firmware

Check for and install the latest version of the app and firmware from the App Store or controller management interface, as updating may resolve connectivity problems.

2. Update Network Settings

In the app settings, go to "Controller Settings" and select "Update Device WiFi". Follow the on-screen instructions to update network settings, making sure to enter the password correctly including capitalization, lowercase letters, and any special characters, as the network password is case-sensitive.

3. Reboot the Controller

Try manually rebooting the controller by disconnecting the power cord for 10 seconds before plugging it back in.

4. Reboot the Router

You can also attempt rebooting your router by unplugging the router's power cord for a few seconds and then plugging it back in.

5. Check WiFi Signal Strength

Check the WiFi signal strength using your smartphone. If the signal strength is less than 2 bars, it is recommended to purchase a high-powered router or WiFi extender. You can also consider relocating the existing router closer to the controller and then test the signal strength again.
