If your controller shows offline in the app for hours. You can try the solutions below.

1. First check if your controller indicator is blinking, if the indicator is off, there may be a short circuit.

1.1 Please unplug the controller power, wait 20 seconds, and then plug it back in.

1.2 In the controller with buttons to run all areas in turn, if the controller lights suddenly go off when running to            a certain area, and pressing the reset button does not work, then the solenoid valve that controls the area            may have a short circuit.

--For example, select zone 1 in the device, click the start button, the device runs normally, and the indicator light flashes normally. 10 seconds later, switch to zone 2, and the device still runs normally, 10s later switch to zone 3. When the start button is clicked, the equipment indicator suddenly goes off and all buttons do not work, a short circuit has occurred in the solenoid valve controlling zone 3.

1.3 To prevent electric shock, we recommend contacting the service provider for home repair.

2. If the device indicator light flashes yellow, please try the following steps.

2.1 Verify the functionality of your home Wi-Fi network.

2.2 Ensure that the password and the name for your home Wi-Fi haven't been changed and update it on your           device if necessary.

2.3 Go to "Settings"-->"Controller Settings"-->"Update Wi-Fi Network" to update your home wifi.

How do I update Wi-Fi on my controller?

2.3 Disconnect your device by unplugging it for a few seconds, and then reconnecting it.

2.4 Perform a router reboot by unplugging your router for 1 minute, and then plugging it back in.
