One day, when you wake up and take a walk in the living room. Suddenly, you find that the controller's light is not blinking. No matter what button you press, it doesn't work. Don't worry, follow my tips to troubleshoot the power issues.

Step1: Power Cycle the Controller

You need to verify whether there is something wrong with the controller itself first.

Unplug the power cord for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. If Imolaza's indicator blinks again, it means that the controller is not the problem. Continue the process with step 3. If the indicator still not blinks, Try step 2 below.

Step2: Quick Run Zones

Select zones manually on the controller to run, if the indicator is still dark but the nozzle is watering. There might be something unexpected happened to the indicator only. Please contact us immediately and we will give you a free return.

If the indicator is still dark and the irrigation system strikes, the controller would take responsibility for this. Please contact us in time, we will solve it for you.

Step3:  Check the Solenoid Valve

Reboot the controller and it blinks again, let's dive into the irrigation system. Select zones to run in sequence on the controller, and switch to the next zone after each zone has run for 10 seconds. If the controller indicator suddenly goes off when switching to a certain zone, such as zone 3. Then it is possible that the sprinkler valve controlling three zones has a short circuit problem. We recommended that you call the service provider who installed your irrigation system and request a home repair.
