If you have some problems with your network, you can diagnose them yourself.


1. Check the Wi-Fi password is correct.

2. Update wifi in the app.

3. Unplug your device for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.

4. Power cycle your router for 10 seconds.

5. Press the reset button for 5 seconds, and then re-add your controller.
