The RESET button is located beneath the controller cover, right below the label sticker. You need to remove the cover to access it.

 

This button has only two usage scenarios.


Firstly, when adding a device, whether it's the first time or re-adding after removing, you need to long-press the RESET button for 5 seconds and then add the device in the app.


Secondly, when the device is offline and you need to change the WiFi, you can use the RESET button according to the instructions in the app by long-pressing it for 5 seconds and following the remaining steps.


Please note, pressing the reset button does not restore the device to the factory default settings. If you want to delete all device information, go to the "Settings" screen, select "Controller Settings", and then choose "REMOVE CONTROLLER".
